You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email with your Order Number

  2. Our team will review and approve your request

  3. Once approved, you can:

    • Ship the item back, OR

    • Request pickup (if available in your area)

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days

  • You can exchange for:

    • Same product (different size/color)

    • Another product of equal value


πŸ’° Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover the return cost

  • For other reasons (change of mind, size issue), customer will bear shipping charges


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Share pictures/video proof

  • We will arrange free replacement or refund
